That’s why they crafted their 10-Quart Aluminum Fish Fryer with such careful attention to detail. Made of commercial strength aluminum and steel, this fryer will stand up to years and years of use. It consists of a 19” steel frame with single bolt assembly and a 10-quart aluminum pot and basket. The high pressure cast iron BG10 burner gives you 14” of cooking surface and a 5” thermometer is included. Use with a 20-pound LP gas cylinder (not included) by just hooking up the fryer’s 29” stainless steel braided hose and then adjusting the high pressure regulator.
