Ka-Bar named the Zombie Killer line after its top officials joked about the need to design knives capable of killing a zombie when firearms aren’t available. The ZK Series is designed to protect without fail in any situation, anything from securing the perimeter, clearing a path through the jungle or yes, against an ambush of zombies. The radioactive green textured GFN-PA66 handle scales provide a lightweight ultra secure grip for added control. This Ka-Bar Zombie Killer Famine Partially Serrated Tanto is the answer when you need a solution! Featuring a black-coated SK5 stainless steel tanto blade shape, of Asian influence, this knife is great for both piercing penetration and tough cutting. The textured green GFN-PA66 handle completes this tough piece. For those who like the series, but not the green handles, Ka-Bar includes an extra set of interchangeable black handles with each of the full-size fixed blade knives. Measures 13 1/8” overall; 7 5/8” bl.

My order arrived very fast! This Ka-Bar Knife is one of 4 in the Zombie Killer set. Each are named for a rider of the Apocalypse(see Bible: Revelation 6:1-8) This is a functional knife. Good, sharp, steel. I shopped these and Budk's price was 10% better than market. That may explain the torn box. This is a quality Ka-Bar knife. Enjoy!
