Response: We would first like to apologize for the condition in which you received your knife as that is not how we ship our items. Thank you for this feedback, we have taken a look at our inventory and are pulling all of the defective knives we have on the shelf. I see one of our reps are sending you a prepaid label to get the defective knife back. Once again we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
