It features a drilled guard for strapping and spear applications and heavy jagged sawback ridge design, completed with a corded handle for grip and twine that houses a mini survival kit. The survival kit includes matches, fishing line, a hook, needles and thread, a safety pin, and striking paper. The end of the knife's handle also features a compass just in case you lose your way. Measures 13" overall. Includes leather sheath.

I thought this knife was pretty good, came with a survival kit, which wasn't much but ok. They could have done a better job on the handle because it was a little too small and slim, the blade is constructed well and is durable but not as sharp as expected. Overall 4/5, only disadvantage being the small handle.Would you recommend this to a friend? Yes

Just got this today. Here are my pros and cons. Pros: Comes pretty sharp, right out of the box. Watertight compartment and survival kit is nice(I added a cotton ball to stop it from rattling around and also as a backup fire starter] Grip sturdier than I thought it would be Price Nice shape to knife. Excellent box Cons: Rat tail tang Blade is not as big as i least mine wasn't. Flat wasn't wide. Steel had to be cleanedWould you recommend this to a friend? Yes

Got the knife for my son for XMAS. Looks nice, but the blade became seperated from the handle after a few uses.Would you recommend this to a friend? No

I have a booth at the mobile flea market and have sold a number of this survival knife and have had great feed back on it from my customers. I also kept one for myself and it is my favorite of all the others that I carry. Thumbs up all the way for the amazon.Would you recommend this to a friend? Yes

I bought three of these knives, 2 were gifts for my sons and 1 was for me... I bought them because of the price and the great reviews that they were getting... These knives are an exception value for the money. I don't believe in spending an arm and a leg on a knife that is going to be used in the outdoors and getting beat up or even lost.
