I've collected about a hundred swords and have many of the movie replicas. This one is heavy, looks like an rough iron sword from the time period, and matches the movie version very closely. The video BUDK produced also showed it is tough as nails although I'll never put it through so much abuse. But the biggest bonus is the fact that this sword costs less than 30 dollars which makes the 300 Spartan Warrior the best sword value in the market hands down. Whether you want a great replica, a great looking wall hanger, or a fantastically tough and inexpensive basher, this is my top choice for the money.Would you recommend this to a friend? Yes

WOW..... I thought at first 30 bucks i get what i get, but i am totally impressed. First off the weight alone is intimidating at right around 12 Lbs., And for as thick as the blade is it is satisfyingly sharp. Bought the Sheath as well which is also worth the extra 20 bucks. well constructed and real leather, it fits perfect. The only thing that would make it a 10 is if it was full tang, the blade sits just the slightest bit loose in the hilt. Other then that i WILL be ordering another. 4.5 a truly great pieceWould you recommend this to a friend? Yes

HOLY S**T!!!!! This thing was amazing! The sword is very durable and strong, the handle has real leather wrap which grips perfectly. Out of all the blades I've bought this one is the best deal, I'd easily pay $60 for this thing. 5/5 Stars!Would you recommend this to a friend? Yes

for the low price this is a fun piece. for function i want the same thing in a recreational piece as i'd need for actual self-def, which is to be easy to wield, same goes for all weapons for me the grip has to be right and balance/etc. right. i'm 6' 200lbs but this is a bit heavy and long for me, worst thing is handle is loose/wobbles some, and the blade arrives totally unsharp. but for the "molon labe" reference it makes a good display piece for me. for the backyard i want something i can swing better, and same if i had to self-def with it.Would you recommend this to a friend? Yes
