Years of training will allow you to control the "nunchucks" like never before. We suggest starting out with a foam set, before advancing on to the real deal. Anatomy of Nunchaku

Both ends of Nunchaku are usually of equal length. The ideal length for the connecting chain is just enough to allow the user to lay it over his or her palm, with the sticks hanging comfortably and perpendicular to the ground. Ours are pre-measured to be the required length for the average adult hand.

About Bruce Lee

Bruce Lee was a martial artist, actor and film maker. He is thought by many to be the greatest martial artist of the all time. Lee used nunchaku in many of his kung fu films and helped elevate the popularity of this martial arts weapon. A viral video showing Lee using this weapon to play ping pong and light matches has recently brought popularity to him again.
