This beautiful katana measures 40 1/2" overall and features a heat-forged 26" stainless steel blade. The hardwood handle offers genuine red ray skin and a black nylon wrap that accents the black tsuba and menuki. The black speckled hardwood sheath is adorned with a black nylon cord wrap. Features a black chain at the top of the handle.

This sword is meant for display. I put it on my windowsill in my room. It looks awesome. The blade had this strange lubricant on it, but I don't really care. Its got some weight to it, which I really like. Handle is my favorite part. It just looks sick. For 20$, it's a must have display sword. I highly recommend this piece.

the blade is not very strong and comes off easily. the chain gets annoying and the tip falls off a lot. i think there shouldn't be a chain ant the tip of the handle should be glued to the handle.

This is the 2nd sword I own from Ichigo from Bleach. Got this in less than a week. Its a great replica from the anime. I just now realized the hand guard kinda resembles a swastika. Its cool tho, not racist, just true to the original. The blade is real shiny carbon steel, unlike those fake 420 stainless pieces of crap. Wish it was full tang tho. The chain is cool, but weak. Trying to pick it up by the chain causes the end piece to come off. The blade doesn't rattle either. It's lightweight, shiny, has oil on it also. The handle wrap is pretty comfy too. It's a great deal for $20 (plus $3 oversize and shipping) Still an avid customer after 2 yrs, always will be.
