I was curious to see what this knife was going to be exactly like. Come to find out it was so awesome and so strong i am getting my little brother one for his birthday. I first had doubts about shipping from any kind of company because of a box i have received in the past. But True Swords IS 1000% all about their customer service. Never doubt their concern on any product. If you received a package from them and its damaged, you have to tell them, its not their fault that shipping company's are careless when its not their stuff they are handling. (Example: i ordered a couple of small thing and 2 gas mask, True Swords stuffed my box so much it weighed 12 pounds. =] )
