Very SHARP! Reviewed by Robert Held on Nov 27, 2015   5 out of 5

Like the color and balance, have replaced the handle wrappings with 3/4 inch strip of used bicycle inner tube gives me a better grip over all. Holds an edge very well. This one is a keeper!

Got these yesterday, agree w the wrappings but have blue dyed elkskin n rayskin I'll sub to make more of a Bushido.Such pretty sheen deserves better.Love the blades.

These things are incredibly high quality. They are beautiful visually, and the point and pommel are both very sharp. The blade came mildly dull, but sharpens relatively easily. These things are really sturdy for the price, I've used them for cutting various materials and throwing. Throwing the proper way that is, not overhand with a spin. They came away fine. Awesome buy.

very good for stabbing stuff, not so much for cutting, when my son was playing with it in the woods he came out and it was all dinged up, and the edge had so many divots, had to sharpen them, but over all a decent sword

Great looking sword, nice point(better for European style fencing and such), As sharp as it needs to be(not very but you can sharpen it if you want). It LOOKs way better than it does in the picture, a slide from green to purple, shiny, very nice. The wrapping sucks, I recommend you rewrap it(not that hard). If you want a pointy sword, this is the best choice.

Brilliant. Reviewed by Dayne K on Jun 16, 2014   5 out of 5

These things are amazing. Just got them today, they're solid, mildly well balanced. The coating is absolutely stunning. They are much longer than I expected. The only complaint I have is that the grind is slightly off, but for twenty dollars, these things are amazing.

I ordered one of these when they were on sale some years ago. I was thoroughly shocked. One of the best blades you will find from budk. It takes an edge, and keeps it for a long time. And is perhaps the most durable stainless steel blade I have found. It has excellent weight to cutting/chopping power, so you can backpack it and swing it all day with little effort. The multi colors means it has been annealed, this makes it superior to many blades. I was kinda sad when someone stole it and would order another if I didn't make my own blades now. (im just looking for designs)

The blades look beautiful, I wont lie I was worried what the color would look like hoping it wouldnt be a just most pink. It feel awesome when holding it. First time buying from this website I am very impress.

The colour tempering is really beautiful, however I dislike the handle and the blade is poorly made as the blade is not buffed to be even.
