A quality item - mine has 3 light positions just as advertised: 100 lumens, 200 lumens, and strobe. No complaints from me.

Seemed like a tougher self defense/security piece of equipment. Dropped it once and it was a done deal. The tiny led bulb broke right off like nothing. wasn't a high fall either. Not impact resistant at all! Plus the flashlight has only two positions: max & strobe. Not three like they advertise. I would recommend it but it's not worth $40, more like $20
