Don't really care how this piece of kit is hyped, it is a good piece of kit. I got it for , Day scouts, guess what. I was at one of the local colleges and must have seen at least 7-8 of those students walking around wearing these packs. I like the padding on the back side of the pouch. The strap adjusts to your ideal length; now the zippers are stiff, but when are they not. It is a piece of kit that just works.

Nice little bag from M48! Reviewed by Andrew Griffey on Mar 02, 2016   5 out of 5

When I saw the bag at the reduced price I was willing to take chance. Really glad I did. I wanted measurements in the ad description but there were none so to help others make up their minds I will try to provide them. Shoulder strap is 2" wide, sturdy and well made. The buckles you see in the pictures are about 2.5" from side to side; again sturdy and well made. The pocket nearest the strap is about 4" long at the bag; the buckle is small and a little stiff. The next side pocket is approximately 7" x 3.5" with two MOLLE strips on the outside and a thin divider on the inside. The zipper pocket on the top of the flap is approximately 6" x 2.5". The zipper slash pocket on the back side that can be accessed from the top where the flap meets the bag appears to be water resistant and has velcro strips along the back that allow the insertion of a holster or other velcro-able item; my Glock 21 would fit in there without printing much. The net or mesh pocket on the other side of the bag appears to by large enough to hold a standard size Nalgene bottle. Unbuckle the main buckle and open the flap and you have an open-top slash pocket on the outside of the (approx. 5" x 5.5" wide). The slash pocket is on the outside of a zipper pocket that is approx. 6"x7" and has an open-top slash pocket made meshed a keyring strap. The main pocket is approx. 3" x 8" and has an additional expansion sleeve with draw string on the top that adds an additional 3 inches of vertical capacity with the draw string closure. The back of the pack has three mesh covered pad and a velcro attachment that would fit over a belt. MOLLE straps line the outside of the bottom of the bag. Really impressed with this bag! Just right for walking out from camp after a long hike when carrying only the essentials. I'll be getting some more for gifts.

Great day bag for all your tactical gear Reviewed by Matt on Apr 08, 2015   5 out of 5

This bag is great for day trips with lots of storage pockets and is very well made. I took it hiking with the kids and stuffed it full of snacks, drinks and my normal defense equipment. The shoulder strap and belt attachment made it a comfortable and snug fit. I am very pleased with this pack. Thanks BudK!
