Although I haven't been able to use it as an umbrella yet, it is definitely the licensed product. It's identical to the sword in the show, and it has the beads like in the show instead of the silver bell. Sheathed, this umbrella totally looks like a sword so you could go to a con and cosplay with it. It's a great collectible from the show, so I recommend you pick it up.
