SOG Fast Hawk Tactical Tomahawk & Sheath Black

Like everyone else I love this hawk. In my left hand, with my Ka Bar in my right I don`t know if I`m ready for a hoard of zombies. I do know that this fits perfectly into the hand, can be spun from blade to spike with no thought of losing the ax. I`m sure you can find a better hawk for throwing, but in a pinch I guess this might work. Im of a mind that a hawk in the hand is worth... look if you throw it you don`t have it anymore. That can leave you in a bad way. All that aside Ive handled a few hawks in my time, and unless you`re willing to shell out huge bucks for the same basic thing, this is the best you can get. Beats Cold Steel`s Vietnam hawk by miles and a few yards.

Insane tomahawk! The SOG Fasthawk is freakin' awesome! Extremely durable and well-made. Didn't buy it from BudK (less expenisve here), but worth it!

If you want the features that make a tomahawk greater than an axe without busting your budget look no further! I'd throw this one over my other two SOG hawks.

its razor sharp, slices through the air like nothing, the blade is compact for quick and precise slashing, and is very sturdy. Wish I bought it here tho I ended up buying it at a local mall for 60 bux.

This tomahawk is a good design. The handle is made out of a strong plastic. It flies well, and is rather light. The edge comes with a good degree of sharpness, not razor sharp but still well sharpened. The steel quality is mediocre. I found it stronger than most 420 steels. I would guess it has a better heat treat than average, but still dulls fast. The sheath is rather okay. As a dedicated weapon, this tomahawk is awesome. As a wood processing tool, this tomahawk is very decent for the price.

this thing is awesome. fast and strong this thing tore up the seasoned logs that I tested it on no problem. Would be perfect for a breaching or survival tool or even for a home defense weapon if you dont have a gun. my only complaint is the sheath it comes with
