fantastic item. a little hard to collapse after flicking out, but very easy to use and carry on your person.

Just received the baton today. I must say that it is awesome. All the recent reviews are pretty true. I was most surprised and impressed by the grip. It definitely wont slip once you get your hand(s) around it. It is difficult to close and also had to use a hammer, but that's an awesome quality for it to have. Knowing if I have to use it I know it won't collapse when I most need it. If it does collapse it can still be used as a small hammer.

This is such a great weapon I can't think of one bad thing to say... It comes out fast with the swing of your arm and is locked... It is sturdy and provides great protection... You have to hit it on something hard to get it to retract but that is just so it doesn't retract during a fight... This is a great buy...

Just got mine delivered by Fed Ex. The shipping was extremely fast and package was secure. It is really durable and sturdy. Had a problem closing it at first, but hitting it on concrete does the trick nicely. Great customer service! I will be shopping here again! 5 Stars!

Very solid and easy to use, though its hard to try to collapse it after extending it at times, perfect for keeping away someone you don't want close

good buy. great rubbered grip. good weight. will be a great self defensive weapon. one or two well placed strikes an they will not be getting back up. the holder that comes with it works well for caring but could prove a bit difficult when trying to remove the baton in a pinch. still very great buy. amazingly fast shipping. placed order on a tuesday got it on thursday the very same week.

This was so satisfying to extend to it's full length, I could not even begin to explain. Took me a moment to figure out how to collapse it, but I just stood it on up my couch, and gave it a slight tap with a hammer, went right back in.

i bought this product with the main purpose of self-defense in mind. this baton makes you feel very safe, to the point that defense of others is no problem. note: keep in mind this is 26", so even in its collapsed form, it is still somewhat long. buy this product if you are not worried about concealment.

no lie, its not indestructable as some other viewers may think... i was also able to bend mine, not all the way, im not trying to break it..

i hit it mildly hard on a thin sheet of metal... testing its battery(pounding) resiliance... its not as strong as you think, i bent mine and i needed to hit it the opposing direction to get it as straight back as i can... if you think about the make-up of this product, the metal is ofcourse, hollow...

i beilieve it is still worth the money, dispite its small bending problem, buyers need to keep in mind that its only $20, if you really want a good quiality baton, it would range up to $200...

this defence tool is meant to be affordable, its still a very good buy... dont pass up this opportunity to be dangerously armed and safe according to how you weild this weapon...

pretty solid and obviously capable of serious damage. The end piece of metal bends real east so watch out for that. Difficult to retract, I've taken to punching it down of pavement or a stone to get it down.

The plastic lanyard on the end of the holster is a bit of a let-down, I would've expected metal. An option for a sideways belt loop would have been nice as well, but for $18.99, its still very good quality. The baton itself has no visible flaws and fully extends very easily. Just don't try to close it on something that is VERY sturdy.

This police baton is a really good baton, but has some flaws. It is really easy to get open, which is ok, but when trying to shut it you have to hit it really hard. Now i know that most have to do that but this particular one is bad because when hitting it hard enough on the ground, i generally bent it to a 45 degree angle. I fixed it but to close it again i have to be really careful. If you like to be careful with the things you buy, this is a must get, but if you are rough, and usually like to mess around with them regularly like me, then i would recommend NOT getting this item.

It was difficult to extend when it came, and when i first used it on a soft target it bent, so that it no longer collapses. sorry, cant love 'em all
