Sharp Knife
Very sharp Knife out of the box. Has a solid handle and the green color is a bonus. Not your normal Bowie. It has nice balance for the price. Thanks

Solid Bowie
All in all very happy with this bowie. Makes a nice addition to my bowie collection. Love the size, the weight, and the color! Fit could be a little better, but not untypical for pakkawood. Handle scales are comfortable and pinned well.

MEAN GREEN
I received this Bowie just five days after ordering it and got it with free shipping that I just can't turn down - thanks Bud K. I like this Bowie! The green grips are large, tight, and affords a good, strong grip for your hand! The blade is sharp both on bottom and on top. The blade is .156 of an inch thick or about 3.9 mm and the heavy guard (1/4 inch thick stainless steal) is solid and has no wiggle or movement and it's a full tang blade. The sheath is made of nylon but seems to appear decent, time will tell. It is made for left hand carry, only. The knife is made in China and in this instance, that's not a bad thing, it was well worth the price and a down right steal with free shipping! It will take a lot of abuse and should last a lifetime and is a perfect size for camp or survival needs. Happy trails. Buy it - it's a Zombie killer!

Nice knife for the price
This blade is full tang and is an OK Bowie for the price that is offered. The blade may not come as sharp because of the regular factory edge sharpening, but is a minor issue that doesn't hinder the quality of the blade. The Surgical steel keeps an edge for a considerable amount of time. After sharpening it, it cuts through a good amount of stuff easily. This is a good buy for a balanced and average Bowie knife

swamp monster re-fit
Got this the other day, awesome blade! Took off green handle & replaced it with a solid deer antler. Also made a new fringed sheath. Now it really shines. Fits in nice with my Mountain Man Kit. Thanks BUDK you are # 1 !

good knife
Big knife. Surprisingly sturdy in the hand. Fit and finish aren't the best but for the money thats not why I bought it. I will be taking it out in the woods with me soon to put it through its paces. It is 440 steel and almost a 1/4 in thick. The sheath sucks but if it holds up to the abuse I plan on giving it then I'll have a better one made for it. After I take it out I'll post a follow up. Bare minimum, its a big scary looking knife that if someone pulled out on me I can guarantee they wouldn't have to swing it to get me to go the other way.

alright knife
This is a pretty good knife it is just the right amount of heavy. The only thing is that it was not damaged but the blade has stain all over it which will not come off even with stainless steel cleaner.

Swamp Monster Bowie
Guard was loose because one of the handle scales was not set flush against guard. Luckily I was able to fix it with J&P Cold Weld. No problem with quality of blade or price.
