Product Description
Surviving in the jungles is tough, but not quite as tough with this Special Forces Tanto knife complete with its own fire striker. Features:
I really like this knife. It is well made, and a lot thicker than I expected for the price. This knife will stand up to whatever you want to use it for. The sheath leaves a bit to be desired, but all in all, this is a great knife for the price.

Great and Cheap
I had this a couple years ago before I moved, and it was just an amazing little knife. The fire starter works great and all that, either way, with or without the cord wrapped on the handle, I put it through a lot of crap and it pulled through, above and beyond. It will never break or bend. Slight discoloring in spots of the knife most used, but still works perfectly. Came decently sharp, but I would recommend sharpening it every once in a while. Good balance, good for some throwing. You should have no regrets, great buy!

Great little knife
Perfect short knife to have in/on your camping or hunting backpack. Stays sharp, and cuts and carves wood well. And for the price, it can't be beat.

Definitely cant go wrong for the price. Came only mildly sharp but a nice little knife. Nice weight and fits my hand very well.
The fire striker also works perfectly. One flick of the wrist and you've got a nice burning spark that EASILY ignited a little fire on just the 2nd swipe.
I'd definitely recommend this for anyone going camping or that has any fire starting needs.

price is right
Tough little knives. Almost a whole minimalist survival kit on your belt.I did, however, replace the cheap nylon cordage of the handle with paracord, and added a piece of hacksaw blade to the pouch as a striker for the fire starter, and put a piece of leather shoe lace in the bottom of the sheath, so the point of the blade wouldn't penetrate it. At this price you can afford to be a little creative, and end up with a really neat, handy belt companion that's not big enough to scare other hikers.

Good for the value
I got 2 of these knives and I think they're pretty good. Not too sharp out of the box, but easily fixed, the sheath isn't too bad as far as nylon sheaths go. The fire-starter functions decently well, but the pocket for it was a bit loose, so I take the lanyard on the fire-starter and wrap it around the velcro loop for the blade to make sure it doesn't fall out. The blade itself looked pretty cheap, the black color looks like it was just painted on, and after batoning just one log, some of the paint was rubbed off showing the silver color of the blade underneath. That aside the knife itself functions very well and the nylon cord on the handle is pretty tight and didn't shift around while I was using this knife. Ultimately: a good little knife to have for a camping trip, and for the price it's a good deal!

Mighty Minny
Good small all purpose knife. It skins and fillets well and the grooving on the back worked well scaling my fish. I ground down the tip of the striker to be able to use it as a small pry bar to open rimmed cans, etc. Keeping one and giving one as gift.

Good little knife. when it came it was pretty dull but sharpening isn't a major problem for me. A couple days after I got this knife I went shooting and camping with some buddies of mine. After a few tries I was able to use the fire striker and it started to work like a charm. This is a real bang for your buck, works well and gets the job done.

good knife, but not for sparking
I like the knife, but it doesn't make sparks well with the included ferro rod. I use a piece of standard steel hacksaw blade, and put it in the rod pocket.
