Received these this week and am quite impressed by them. They're 19 inches long and look awesome! Quite the deal! Love them!

10 STAR!
AMAZING! They are pretty sharp, so okay for cutting and slicing. The look is really otherworldly, and the pictures do it no justice, the wrapping on the hilt is a bit loose, but not really that much (unless you're planning to join an elven army, that is), but I plan to display them, so not a big deal. Overall, buy them NOW, GREAT price for two, pretty sharp 19 inch swords.

Great decoration piece. Fast shipping like always. It is well worth the price. Only bad part is I am having trouble finding a wall plaque to hang them. This should not defer you from buying this.

The swords are what was advertised, however there was NO mounting plaque when I received mine, just the nylon sheath. I guess I'll have to make my own.

I thought the swords would be bigger but their about twice the size of a big kitchen knife and though thier not really super sharp they do have an edge to them. Their tough as h*** and ive cut things with them, throw them repeatedly and their still good. This was a another good buy and an awsome addition to my collect .

OMFG. I opened these up and from the moment i first held i knew these were my new best friend. The quality and feel of the blades in the hand feels so good and right. i couldn't give any less of a damn about the plaque though

SOLID BUILT KNIFE!!!
I found out first hand how solid these knives really are. I was swinging them and lunging with them and accidently stabbed a kitchen cabinet. I was glad I was able to fix it before I got my knives taken away!!! lol jk. The knife was still intact without any signs of breaking. My knives came scratched a little, but I will overlook that minor issue. Also as many on this website pointed out, the sheathes don't last long after you put the knives away. Overall five stars!!! Thanks Budk and thanks to my friend who told me about your website!!! :)

This product was AWESOME! I bought this for my sister's birthday, and she was extremely happy with them. They look beautiful sitting on the wall, and can be pretty fearful wielded by tht right person. All in all, a great buy!

Great swords. They are very sharp and a very very great deal! The wall mount came unassembled without instructions but it was easy to figure out. Really no complaints. Will be returning again soon.

The blades are very nice and pretty. The way the blades are held together forms one sword, both blades in the same direction. By the photo, it seems as if they would be held as to have a blade on either end but this is not so. <br />The blades themselves and very nice quality and I certainly am pleased by my purchase. They are a tad skinny, but then again, they are for show.

GREat Great buy for $ 25 you get both scimitars(and there smaller than they appear), the wall plaque, and the sheath which you can actually fit both scimitars in! Over all a great buy!

Ok, generally I am not one to buy anything this ornate, I have basic standards for all of my weapons, key one being full tang. When I saw these I was immediately interested, they offered so many unique styles blended into one (technically two) blade. First off being a short scimitar, which are generally a good 4 ft long, secondly is the fact they can be sheathed and drawn as one sword, only to reveal a twin. Thirdly was the full tang construction and the price.<br /><br />As to the actual construction, good quality blades, acid etching gives a very distinct look and feel, the gold "things" close to the handle rattle when the blade strikes something, but they do not interfere with anything. The handles feature a no-slip leather, wrapped similarly to a traditional katana which wraps around a black piece of plastic that gives it a hump on one side and keeps it flat on the other. The sheath is of great quality, heavy duty construction, and is actually different to the one of the picture, it is not a square bottom, but actually shapes to the blades' contour edges.<br /><br />A good buy overall, great show piece, but the fact that you can actually use them gives it that much more need to have them out and ready.

Well what can i say i bought this for the looks, price and overall awesomeness, i read other reviews before purchasing these swords and saw mostly good reviews... my only issue with these was one of the gold pieces on one of the swords was loose, now i could have returned it but its mostly for decoration for me with wall mount so that isnt a big deal. one last thing was the lack of directions on how to put the wall mount together...but anyone with the knowledge of how things work can figure it out.

Nice blades, 440 [I think they are] is a good steel for these. Any larger and a different metal type and alloy should be used, so good 'knives' as a product. Good wrap, actually impressed. Sheath is well made too. Plaque is a good design but mine has some lighter spots in the golden color. Would be great for knife-fighting single or duel wieldin'. Not in any sense a 'sword' nor scimitar, good thickness too...like a knife. I'll call them <br />"Fancy fightin' knives". Priced well, any higher, meh. Remember shipping...they turned $35 for me in Fl...

These twin swords look great stuck to a wall, but that's all they're for; to look at. They are a bit dull, short, and a bit cheap looking up close. They're fun to show off to friends who appreciate such collectibles but I do not highly recommend. I was also disappointed that the handle is half rounded, half flat; the back of the sword's handles are flat and makes it very uncomfortable to hold.
Conclusion: Fun to get for twenty bucks, but do not highly recommend.

The handle does combined into one, however, the blades don't lay flat against each other. There is a quarter of an inch between the blades when held together. A cool wall decoration though.
