Militia Commander Tanto Knife & Sheath

I was really intrigued with this knife. The balance, the feeling in my hand, whether as a work knife or, God forbid, I had to use it to defend myself or loved one. It took a sharp pain exquisitely well, with a razor like blade now, and I have used it in the kitchen for slicing vegetables, and in my yard for whacking branches. I liked it enough that I ordered two more!

I bought this initially as to be a good survival knife. it's a great throat slitter as well as skinner if you put the edge on it, but sadly 2 love taps with a hammer to split some small logs and it snapped( I think it's mostly that logs fault due to how it killed my hatchet too) I will say this much at where I snapped it I recut it to make it like a meat cleaver and it works great for that and the tip is now my box cutter so yeah a cheap chunk of chinese steel but hey it's still usable even if its bashed up.
