Skull Hunter Tactical Bowie Knife & Sheath

This is one great knife! When I got this I was blown away at the sheer size and weight of it. It looks and feels much better in person than it does on the website. buy this now!

I was very disappointed at the THREE weaknesses built into this knife: (1) the three slanted oblong holes cut through the blade close in front of the guard which obviously weaken this large knife close to where it is most vulnerable to breakage or bending; (2) the approximately 3/8 inch narrowing of the tang both on the top and the bottom of the blade just before it enters the guard, which are not visible either on the large front picture on the box or on the website picture, but are at the critical point of knife integrity; (3) the overall thinness of the tang throughout this very large knife, further weakening this large product. (Incidentally, the type of stainless steel being used is nowhere identified, making judgments about its characteristics impossible.) I would not use this knife for any serious work due to concern for safety.
