Great Knife!
I orderd two of these knives-$9.00/ea. when budk had penny shipping. Didn't expect too much 'cause of the price. Well, what a surprise-these knives are really good quality. Heavier than I'd thought they would be, which is ok with me-very sharp out of box-love the stippled black finish on the blade. Sheath is ok.., but the knives are outstanding! I'm ordering two more before the price goes up. 5 stars on the overall package!

ROCK-a-BOWIE
I received this Bowie five days after ordering it on line -thanks Bud K for your fast service, as always! This Night Ranger Knife is ROCK SOLID and though made in China, it was sharp and of good quality! The blade is .210 thick, 1.5 wide, and 8.5 inches long with an overall length of 13.5 inches. It comes with a decent sheath that has a plastic type liner inside of the nylon sheath and should last for many years of service. If you want a heavy duty, all purpose knife that is worth triple the price then by all means buy it and at this price I am going to by a few for birthday and Christmas gifts before they raise the price on it. The grip is comfortable and will fit any size hand. Happy trails.

overall, this is a very impressive.
its not as sharp as id like it to be, but that is easily remedied.
the only slight problem was that the blade was a little loose in the hilt, so when you move it, it clanks a little inside the hilt.

A lot bigger in width than I expected. Its more like a big bowie knife but its still a great knife.

Larger then I expected, but its still very good, specially for the price. The blade is good, and the grip is quite nice. I would recommend for anyone with an extra $11 to place.

The knife came in a little slow, but I was impressed when it arrived. The blade is fairly large, but not sharp enough; some honing material will fix that though.
Other than that, I am very satisfied and I will continue to buy from this site.

For the money you pay its well worth it. The factory has a decent edge on it when the ship it out. The coating they put on it is neat. One thing about the blade though is that they DO NOT have "Night Ranger" on the side as shown. Its a lot bigger than than it seems. All around its a good knive. 5 out of 5!!!

Heavy, sturdy, and cheap. I don't have to worry about it breaking or rusting, because I can always just buy a new one. Nice for doing the dirty work and anything else I'd prefer to keep my nice knives away from.

This knife is exactly as pictured except for the "Night Ranger" written on the side (mine doesn't have it)

Probably the best quality dagger I have and easily worth the price.

The whole blade, besides the actual edge, has a sort of rubberized coating on it- it makes this knife pretty unique

It's bigger than it looks in the picture and has a nice, heavy feel to it

This knife is one of the best looking ones in my collection, but certainly the dullest. It arrived VERY dull. This will not take away from the review, as knives very rarely come with a good edge. I haven't had a chance to sharpen it yet, but when I do I'm sure it will be a fantastic knife. it's got a beautiful textured coating on the blade. The handle is rubber and notched for fingers, making it one of the easiest to hold and most comfortable. The sheath is nice and simple; just fabric with a single buttoning strap and a loop for belt-carry.

For the price, it's gotta be one of my best purchases.

when i got this it came sharp, every thing is good except that the grip is loose, idk if its loose enough to fall off but it could be problematic if i ever needed to use it.

I don't think you can fully appreciate how big the blade is until you see it in person. It was a lot bigger than I imagined it, but still very nice. It was dull but easy to sharpen with an accusharp.

Ok, first of all this was among my first purchase the size is very inaccurate it is 14 in overall, with a 8.5 inch blade it's huge. It is a good intimidator, but if your looking for compact it isn't your best choice over all 4.5

to be honest this knife has its flaws, the first of which is the loses in the handle, which is an incontinence. plus the knife rates in its sheath, which is a downer. but all in all it has a solid blade and a nice feel to the handle and for just 10 bucks it's an OK deal
