MTech Xtreme Fixed Blade Tactical Knife Digital Desert Camo

I purchased the black-handled version and am completely satisfied with it. Blade is about 4.5 mm thick and is a cool design, visually. The blade is front heavy; should be a good chopper or thrower, although I haven't tested it. I think that carbon steel blades without a high level of tempering are better for beating up , by throwing or batoning, than stainless; less brittle. Sheath is of good quality; I like the aux. pocket, which is good for a stone or survival gear. It makes more sense to buy a robust , full tang knife like this one with a gear pocket, than a hollow-handled knife, for survival use. It's one of my less-expensive knives, but is definitely one of my favorites!!
