Smith & Wesson Special Tactical Black Tanto Serrated Pocket Knife

I have had this knife for quite a long time, years.... It holds an edge well enough for a work knife, and since it's a tanto blade, will always be good enough for self defense. For the money, you could do much worse. I have purchased several for friends etc. to use at work and they all have theirs as well. So there's that. A good buy from a respected maker.
