Gerber Paraframe I Serrated Pocket Knife

I cant use this as a pocket knife, The Pivot point is out of true and so it is hard to lock (not so terrible) and does not hit the stop pin as it should. I can fit my finger tips under the blade in the closed position. I can see myself looking for something in my pocket and bringing out bloody fingers. It is razor sharp although I'm not sure that's a plus in this case. I bought it with 30% off so what was good at the time, may not work out in the long run. I'll call customer service but if I have to pay return shipping I'll probably just keep it at my bench for opening boxes and letters.
