United Cutlery Tailwind Assisted Opening Nova Skull Red Plain Pocket Knife

I have bought more than several of these Bud K Tailwind assisted liner locks and all were great knives and this one was no different! It locked up tight with no play at all, period. It is a solid knife, an heavy duty bad boy and if you're into motorcycles and skulls the red accents it! The blade was sharp and the knife is quality high above the price. If I have any complaint it would be that it takes some hard thumb pressure to kick the blade open past the fulcrum point but a spot of oil will help and it should wear in and get easier with use.

This knife is really cool. Right out of the box it wasn't too sharp, but that can be fixed if you have a couple of minutes. Also, it's fairly difficult to open. Once you get used to it though it's not so bad. The blade locks up solidly and the nice liner lock is easy to unlock. When in the locked position there is no blade play at all. This really doesn't matter, but the blade wasn't as shiny as I thought it'd be, but the matte finish on it is pretty wicked. And lastly, the handle scales are a bit slippery if you get sweaty, but it's not to much of a problem. All in all, it's probably the best blade you'll get for the price. If you're thinking of buying it, don't hesitate!
