Cook up large batches of fried chicken, fish and appetizers in this 4-gallon stainless steel deep fryer that has two stainless steel mesh baskets with cool-touch handles. The baskets are 11" x 5 1/2" x 4 1/4". The fryer also has a thermometer, drain valve and high pressure preset regulator.
