Product Description
At this price, you won't have to rob from the rich to own this beautiful sword! Measuring 28" overall, this design was popular among the lower nobility and the gentry in Norman England, and was a favorite weapon of archers. Robin of Locksley would have been very familiar with such a weapon. This item features a 20" stainless steel mirror-finished blade and a richly detailed, ornate hilt. This sword includes a matching sheath. A great item for the fan of Sherwood Forest's favorite outlaw and medieval enthusiasts alike!
all in all an interesting collectable, i ordered it yesterday morning and it arrived around 12 oclock today so the shipping speed is excellent, if you're just getting into sword collecting this is a great sword to start with but please note its a small sword (or at least smaller than what i usually collect) and is display only. nice sword for any collector!

Beautiful sword for the price. Not as wide as I was expecting, but the blade is well shaped and the overall presentation is very elegant.

The scabbard sounds like Styrofoam when you put the blade in.

This sword is very beautiful, very detailed. It is fairly sharp and the weight is perfect for its small size. Its best asset is its gorgeous decoration, on the pommel, guard, handle and even the scabbard. Really nice price.

Decent sword. I'll start out by saying, THIS IS A DISPLAY SWORD!!! Don't try any stunts with it! The blade is stainless steel, not meant for fighting. Anyway, it looks great, is well balanced, and the sheath is amazing. My brother used this in a home movie. He actually stabbed me in the back with it once during a fight scene, and it left a nasty hole in me! The tip is the only sharp part of it, but it is SHARP! After that, he used a file to dull the tip a bit. Regardless, I still love this sword, because it looks and feels so good. However, once again, it is not very strong, you can tell just by feeling it. It is still a great display or cosplay sword, certain to turn some heads. I would also recommend, if you use this for medieval movie filming, get the matching Robin Hood dagger, also sold on this site. It will make it look more authentic.

Great buy, cheap, and quick. The sword is a little bigger than i imagined, though the blade itself is skinnier as well. There are some dark lines on the blade that i cant seem to clean off, the might have came from poor treatment in shipping, there was some plastic wrap jammed up into the hilt, which was annoying, but all in all, a great addition to my collection, and my wallet is still fat.

This just showed up at my door today. I am happy with the weight and the design, however one of the "gems" is misplaced, and the end of the sheathe is opened up a bit. There is no wiggle in the blade, it does come mostly dull but its sharp enough to deal a little damage.

Beautiful sword. Dull and short, but an extremely sword beautiful sword. I thought it was rather funny that the end of the scabord is sharper then the side of the blade.

The sword was good it looks cool and the hilt is stable although it wasnt very sharp that can be fixed with a sharpener and the hilt is too short for me to fully grip with my hand due to the guard. its definitely a nice decorational piece although the metal compass looking piece at the end of the hilt comes off easily

great sword for a kid or to start your collection. it's a little off balance towards the blade side. handle could be a little longer. the point is extremely sharp, the sides not so much. overall a very nice looking sword for a great price.

I got what I wanted for what I paid for. I appreciate the detailed and ornate touches to this blade. I think it is a good sword, especially for the price. I must say, however, that the sheath is a tad disappointing. It's not very solid at all, and I'm not sure how long it will last.

It took almost a week to get here due to FedEX not delivering on weekends, and Labor Day, so that's not their fault. Overall I am pretty impressed with the fact it didn't fall apart as soon as I opened it like I thought it would. Only complaint I have with the item is the metal sides on the sheath are kinda meh. =/ The sword itself is very nice, the blade isn't wobbly so that was a surprise. Overall other than the sheath it is well worth the buy, and if it's just going up on a wall you won't notice anyways. =]

An overall good sword. Rather lightweight, easy to handle. The handle itself is a good size. The side of the blade is not very sharp (nor should it be, for a display sword), but the tip is rather sharp. The design is very good, and looks just as pictured. The sword has a comfortable length, to put it in perspective, on an average person it's about arm length from shoulder to fingertip. As for the downsides, when mine came, I pulled the sword out of the sheath, and the blade was sticky, covered in what was probably glue. If anyone else encounters this problem, rubbing alcohol will take it off without much of a problem. Also, the end of the sheath was bent. Pliers fixed this problem. The sword is held together by screws, which are apparent, though not too bad, on the edges of the hilt. On one side, however, they are not visible, so when mounting it shouldn't be a problem. I'd give it a 3.5 as shipped, and a 4.5 with twenty minutes of work.

After thought
Now that i look back on this sword it is cool looking... but the quality is not very good its not durable the blade is very loose but it still stays and the only way you can tell it wobbles is when you shake it other than that fact and the fact it took 2 weeks to ship to me its an ok sword its great for display Thanks Budk =)
