Kojiro Samurai Warrior Carbon Steel Katana Sword - Black

Better than I could imagine. If a Katana can be beautiful this one is. I buy most of my knifes and swords from BDUK and I am never disapointed

Very nice product, excellent workmanship on the base. The engraved portion was average, however I was looking for Chinese lettering but not available still lovely. The only problem I had was the order confirmation email the engraving and insurance fee was not added to subtotal on invoice. Not a big deal I just had to "add" it in before I got the order shipment in which it was added to order online. I also had a problem to ship to a different address the bill to address and ship to address was not available I am solely relying on my instinct's here but I am assuming weapons can only be shipped to bill to address.

Its far from razor sharp but that can be fixed. But i also had to fix the bent blade and the loose brass fitting. Also i dont believe its 1045 steel due to how easy i bent it back streight and i have other true high carbon steel blades to compair it to. But that being said its a nice sword to look at and if you have the time and patiance you could make it usable on mats but be ready to bend it back streight. Also i belive the bend is not achieved by tempering.
