Product Description
Take your training to the next level with this Black Wooden Daito Katana! Constructed of hardwood so that you can practice for hours on end without worrying about breaking it, this sword even features a two-piece hand guard for your protection. The handle is even wrapped in nylon cord like a traditional Katana sword.
It's a pretty good practice sword. All except that the guards won't fit on with the rubber stopper, great for the price though, really hard wood that can take a beating, just watch your hands

The Sword is solid it wont break and i got it in good condition, the only thing i did not like was the brown ring on the sword, i bought the natural wood sword and this one so i switched the rings and it looks better. All in all this is perfect.

it's a really good training sword. the only thing i dont like is that the tsuba a is an ugly light brown. other than that, i suggest this to any beginners.

I thought that the bokken was very well made. although the wrapping on the handle did seem to come off a bit easily. i had to add extra adhesive. but overall it is my first order from true swords and i really enjoy having it. it is an awesome training sword.

My first purchase at True Swords, and so far my expectations were met. Delivery was a week, so it was good. Packaging was a bit large for the bokken, but no real complain then. The bokken itself is of reasonable weight and length. My only problem is that it began to dent and chip within the very first use. Of course, coming from a product of such price, it doesn't surprise me much. My recommendation is to save up money to buy a good quality bokken (usually pricing around $60 and above.)

My friend gave me this Bokken awhile back and I liked it so. It was broken when he gave it to me... I guess he hit it against something metal. It was good because it is light and easy to use. Bad because the clothe got off to easily and when it was on it was hard to grasp it.

But I liked it enough that I am buying a new one :3
