The backpack is definitely nice with lots of potential to be improved. However it has flaws such as poor seems on the expanded pack meaning you cannot load it to max capacity for long, the rings holding the shoulder straps are very malleable, and even with the wast strap on it takes its tole on your back. I purchases the bag as a bug out bag, but used it during senior year of high school to test it. Could not withstand 4-6 3 ring binders, 3-4 textbooks, and missolenious things without tearing apart which I totaled to be a maximum weight of 20 pounds. Since I enlisted my military back can support almost a 160 pounds for 3-4 days before any damage shows.
