  I bought this as one of the first swords for my collection, and i was extremely pleased. I’ve had it for years now and it has yet to show any signs that it isn’t brand new. It has a good size, length, and weight to it. I don’t use it to clear brush or anything, just to sit in my room and look cool, or maybe kill a scorpion every now and then. Overall one of the best purchases I’ve made, well worth the cheap price of 13$! I recommend!

  This sword is a value above value! It is flawless. I bought it because it’s a Shinwa blade, and I knew the blade would be a very fine one. It was, and then some!, but so was the rest of the sword. The sword is heavy and requires more than average strength to use it effectively. I just like showing it off mostly, because I like watching the faces of the beholders. It is a very beautiful sword.

  I’ve collected a lot of swords over the years , some just visual and some for pure fun, but this sword truly pulled me in and I have to say out of the twenty something weapons I own this is the first one I wont let other people touch and just cant stop looking at it, I even threw in some extra money to purchase a cleaning kit and a sword display. This sword is one of my most priced possessions now. The blade is beyond beautiful and was everything I hoped for and more.

  This is my favorite Katana thus far. Excellent quality and very cool look. Shinwa is a professional brand and delivers excellent quality swords for very reasonable prices. This sword could easily cost a lot more, but it is great that anyone can get such great quality for this price. Be careful with storing your Katana in high humidity areas, the wood scabbard will swell and it will be VERY difficult to take out the Katana. I had a very difficult time when that happened to me. All in All, if your looking for a COOL- FUNCTIONAL- EXCELLENT QUALITY- then get this.
