Received in great condition. The bolts leave a little to be desired but the crossbow itself has surpassed my expectations. I figured for 50 bucks it might only be good for target shooting but I've actually taken it hunting and ended up doing better than a few buddies who have the more expensive brands.

Happy so far...

Wanted to try archery with a crossbow without breaking the bank...archery hunted with a compound for years. Item seems solid enough and easy to assemble. Tip for stringing: I used a ratcheting tie down strap to pull the limbs just wrap it through itself and around the butt stock. Took about ten minutes to assemble...

Missing piece

I bought this crossbow for my son and when putting it together I noticed it was missing the foot bracket. It appears the box it came in may have been opened before as it had slight tears in the cardboard, but it was sealed with plastic after that. I strung it on my own with lots of effort. But the missing foot bracket makes it impossible to cock. I need the cocking mechanism, but I sure would lille the foot bracket also. I have to fire it before I recommend to a friend. More stars if it came with foot bracket.

Bought this bow within a week after shooting about 10 arrows the sight bracket broke into and spring that holds arrrows down fell out . Can not find any replacement parts for this bow. So all I have is a $100 rifle stock. Pure JUNK

I got this cross bow not too long ago not really knowing if it was worth the money or not, when it came in the mail it came apart with two i believe 16 inch bolts and after puting it together with my friend (strings a little hard to put on) shot it bending the one bolt in half. I unscrewed the tips on the arrows to keep them and threw the shafts out and went out and bought some 20 inch bolts and broad heads. it shoots just fine with the 20inch shafts it just hangs over a little bit but 20 is the smallest most places carry. this thing kicks ass though as long as you get some better bolts it is worth the money and i already got a few squirrels with it

great cross bow

great cross bow for a beginner. you will need a rope for cocking . 150 lb. was a little to much this 68 year old man.. over all you can't get a better cross bow for the money...

this the first thing I purchased from budk and it did not disappoint me. it was hard to string it. I bent one of my arrows and messed up the tip. the crossbow was at a good price. I would recommend this to a friend.

i found this bow to be very difficult to string without a stringer. also with the string it was more complicated. I had two of my friends help me to put the string on with TONS of effort but after that the crossboy is great it is very powerful, and basically accurate.

works good, but when and if you buy this one. you may have to buy a crossbow scope mount so you can put scopes on it. i bought a separate scope mount and she works like a pretty much perfectly.
