"This sword, for the price point, is very decent. There are many things wrong with this sword, such as a loose saya(sheath), loose handle, slightly rusted blade, somewhat low-quilty parts, and rat-tail tang. Not to mention that it does not come with a real ray skin handle or whatnot as well. I had to use super glue to the mouth of the Saya to make the sword fit, get rid of rust, and just deal with the fact that this sword is not the best in the world. Oh, and the Kurikata(this thing in the sheath that sticks out) just fell off. But this is a 20-dollar sword. All these imperfections--disintegrate when you accept the fact that this is a 20-dollar sword. I mean, what did you expect? Something like. . . a Muramasa? Of course, no one would expect a quality like that with 20 dollars. There are good things about this sword. It is made with carbon steel. I verified that it can hold a somewhat sharp edge. It can cut and pierce. The Tsuba(guard) is circular and somewhat functional. I wish it was bigger but it's okay. The Saya is. . . loose and not the best but still functions. The handle is loose but you could probably take it down and use some glue, wood, or whatever to fill the gap between the handle and the tang. With a bit of elbow grease, you will get a somewhat functional sword. I mean, it even says that this is an "exceptional display piece" on the page. You CANNOT expect it to be a battle-ready and high-quality sword. I am only giving this a 4 stars instead of 5, just because I think that it cannot be an actually good sword. Only get this sword if you either, want a display sword or desperately want a sword but don't have money(like me)."
