"I received my Blackjack Slapper from Budk in great shape. It seems to be made very well, with real leather, spring and lead filled end. I think that it would be a great self defense tool. I know that I wouldn't want to be hit with it. Unfortunately it is banned in most state's. I don't agree with this. A person should have the right to defend themselves. I do recommend this and would purchase it again. Just be wary of the legality of owning and carrying it."
