Celtic sword
"It came fast and looked great when I opened it . The only reason I’m giving it a low score is cause when you hold it with two hands the tang makes a noise . But my sister still loves it. She thinks it’s wonder woman’s sword"

"Just got mine today and I was pleasantly surprised. It's a lot heavier in weight than I expected the only thing I see wrong is there wood handles have some minor defects and need to be sanded and refinished it was semi sharp out of the box but I can fix it to make it shaving Sharp. All in all a great Buy and a beautiful piece I am very well satisfied. I would recommend this for any collectors"
"I was happy with my purchase of this blade, but as other reviews have said, it is a very short sword. The quality is pretty nice, but my blade came not straight at all. I don't mind too much because it will be a display peice but still. The handle is great and sturdy. I don't know why the hand guard points down, it digs into your hand if you try to hold it too close to the blade. The sheath is one of the best things about this sword, I actually use it for some of my other swords from budk as well."
"The sword is nicely made, but, it just isn't Celtic. It looks more like a barbarian sword used by the Germans against the Romans at the Battle of Teutoberg Forest. The Handel is huge and well polished. The blade was thick, easy to sharpen, but, I really wish it was half again to twice as long as it is. Thanks BUDK for an awsome (German) sword."
"Pakistan does good work! One of the better buys at Bud-K. I wouldn't buy it if it is made in India, China is OK, and Pakistan is the best! It is sharp, actually has a mirror polished blade, a wooden handle, nice brass work on the hilt and pommel, a unique design, and at a good price. A must buy for anyone interested in quality. Only draw back is it is a little bit short. Another six inches on the blade would have been nice. Still, one of the best buys from Bud-K so far......No wonder it has to be restocked! Get it while it is still available."
"Believe other five star reviews. This sword is great! Solid sword! No loose parts. Feels great in ones hand! Great looking and great price! very happy! Thank you!"
"I purchased a pair of these swords a couple of years ago ....very well made, nice solid wood handles with brass appointments ...the blade is well crafted almost in the Gladius style with a nice blood groove and easily ready to be sharpened."
"this weapon is very light, semi-sharp, and in general fun to handle, the two long handle allows for a lot of dramatic swings and you can slip small branches with ease, the blade is held in place with several brass rivets, from a metal workers perspective this allows for a rather sturdy hold on the blade although i have not hit anything heaver than a pumpkin all in all one of the best blades i own."
"Fabulous first sword, from the delivery to the weight to the aesthetic appeal. I'll start with the ordering and the shipping. I bought it on Sunday night, February 20th, around eleven o'clock PM. Within half an hour, it was confirmed and set to be shipped. I was impressed. The very next morning, it was picked up and set on its way, and it arrived at my house today, February 23rd, around one o'clock PM. These guys know how to ship something efficiently. The sword itself? A beautiful thing, it is. There was a bit of grime on the blade and a bit of tarnish about the guard, but the dirt came off with a clean rag, and I actually like the appearance of the tarnish. The handle is four pieces, plus the guard: Wood, separating-piece, wood, and pommel. An interesting note about the wood bits is that they can rotate. The one below the guard can move by about ~10 degrees, not much. The bottom wood grip turns freely, as does the separating-piece. Friction keeps them in place, though. The pommel stays in place securely. The blade did not come sharpened, but that is okay. The tip was very sharp and stabbish when it arrived. Basically, this is a great sword, even if the rotating guard is a bother sometimes. It feels like it could be easily sharpened, and for the most part is well-balanced. It's not perfect, but its pros surely outweigh the cons. I would definitely recommend it."
"This sword is farly good, the scabered isent that good (it brokright away) but it is a really good sword for having a spare"
