Rugged and traditional, the Elk Ridge Hunting Knife is a trusty fixed blade that excels at countless tasks, yet is surprisingly affordable. Its mirror polished 440 stainless steel clip point blade is robust and well suited to slicing, skinning, field dressing and other demanding jobs. A generous finger choil provides enhanced blade control, while the ergonomically carved pakkawood handle ensures a tight, comfortable grip at all times. The mirror polished stainless steel guard and pommel beautifully offset the rich grain and deep umber hue of the pakkawood. At 12 1/2" long overall, this rustic gem is big enough to get the job done without weighing you down in the field, especially when transported via the included nylon belt sheath. An elegant, capable all-arounder, the Elk Ridge Hunting Knife is the ideal bladed companion, from remote back country to suburban backyards and every locale in between.

Elk Ridge bowie Reviewed by Charles Mahenski on Jan 09, 2019   5 out of 5

This is a beautiful small Bowie. Like all Elk Ridge knives, it is well made, however I wish they had used a better steel considering it is most probably going to be used as a hunting knife. 440 is o.k. but will require regular sharpening. I am glad I bought it and I recommend it to anyone for moderate use.

This is a Handsome, Sharp, Knife. This knife is much better in appearance than portrayed by the image on the web site. It is a solid, well made, very sharp out of the box, hefty knife. Thank-you budk.
