Since 1943 these Kukris have been made by one government contractor. The original, official military issue! Hand-forged from high carbon steel, each comes with a regulation sheath. A must for outdoor activities that require chopping and cutting. This kukri beheads water buffaloes with a single stroke for the traditional Gurkha sacred ceremony. Very scarce! Only one is issued to each Gurkha Regiment in India. Specially carved native hardwood handle.
