"Excellent product. I am practicing with these. They are very tough and dependable and are helping me improve."
"I have 9 of these knives and for the money they are great. I throw all no spin and I have seen these straighten out a bad throws. They are very durable. I have thrown these a lot, many misses of all sorts along the way. I have had no broken tips at all. I unsharpen the edge before I use them. I dont use them for cutting things. I have other knives I like as much, some I like better, but everytime I come back to these I am always suprised how well they throw."
"I have had this set for over 5 years now and love them! They are sturdy (no bending or tip breaks) and are beautifully balanced for my style of throwing. I bought another Hibben set for my daughter and another Hibben set for my son. The quality is worth the price. Other "bargain" sets have been extremely disappointing in quality and throwability."
"Great Set. Actual dimensions: Weight = 6.1oz Avg (174g avg) Length = 8 5/8" Avg (220mm avg) Thickness = 3/16" (4.76mm) Pros; I'm not great at no spin throwing, but half spin, full spin, 1.5x spin, 2x spin, etc. are all great. Good penetration on end grain targets (recommended). Handle edges are curved (no sharp 90 degree edges). A major plus for throwing knives. Cons: Blade was nearly razor sharp. Not good for half spin throwing. Had to file them down to prevent cutting myself."
"I combat(no spin)throw, and these are my fav. Granted all the tips broke soon after purchase, but i reshaped them and they have lasted 4 years and counting."
"these are very cheap. i threw them the first day and they broke this is just for show, and they are not even appealing to the eye."
"Studied at length to decide which knives to buy. Chose these. Within and hour of throwing had broken two tips. I'm afraid to throw the third again. May break it too. I wouldn't advise throwing this knife into a hard target like, uh, wood. It might be better suited for throwing at a compressed cardboard target. Or human flesh, if that was legal. Just don't hit the bone."
"I recently bought these knifes and they seemed to throw ok but in a month or to two tips had broken off making them useless, I have never seen a knife brake so fast I would not recommend these knifes too anyone."
"This is a nice looking knife but, unless your good at throwing I wouldn't recommend these knifes for a beginner. I own three and the tips will bend or break by not pulling them straight out of wood or when they stick the target at left & right angles over time. I've been throwing (combat) style or (quarter spin) for over a year and enjoy throwing this knife, Although I am a little disappointed in MR. HIBBENs designed in this KNIFE with such a thin long tip, given his reputation. Don't miss understand me, All of my knifes are his but this one disappoints me only at the tip."
