"Man I love this thing. It's quite hefty and the thicker handle is fantastic. I like it better than the 2-handed version which is a little too skinny. Not only great for strikes- there is little-to-no unpleasant vibration coming back into my hand/wrist/arm- but I've personally found it GREAT as a thrown weapon too: underhand (I find myself moving intuitively into a bowling-ball style motion) feels great and delivers a lot of energy to target; full spin overhand throw seems better for longer distances. One nice feature is the bounciness of this thing on a full spin overhand throw- even if the throw is a little short, it often still pops up and hits the target with a lotta energy."
