I rather like it. The one thing I'm not really thrilled about is the sheath. It doesn't appear to be real leather and I suspect if it got wet it would disintegrate. I would have preferred it came with a nylon sheath instead of fake leather, even though it looks nice The sword is flawless looking, though not very sharp and by the angle of the edge I suspect you would have a hard time getting it razor sharp if that's what a person desires. A sword blades' edge shouldn't be razor sharp though, for it would likely chip when hitting bone. Just judging by eyeball, I would say it has around a 25-30 degree double beveled edge. Almost as steep as a good ax. If D2 steel is as good as claimed, It would likely cleave through bone without harming the edge, though it wouldn't appear to be sharp if you were trying to cut paper with it. It has a fine point on it though and people should be careful sharpening it if they put it in a clamp to hold it while sharpening, as it would be very easy to impale yourself on it if careless. A little peeve with the do and dont do slip that came with it. It says not to strike anything equally hard, like a tree trunk. Where I agree, a sword isnt made for chopping wood, and should never be used for that, I didnt like the comparison. Wood isnt as equally hard as tool steel, so it shouldn't have been said or used as a comparison.
