"I specifically bought this to attach to the butt end of my M48 Magnum spear. After permanently attaching the metal sleeve to the butt end to extend the shaft length and some custom wrapping and taping for versatile grip points this is now one of my personal favorites. It can be used with just the bottom half as an axe/short spear with a back hook, or together as a 6'3" halberd with a spear point on the butt. My only gripe is that it is misaligned. The back spike (slightly), and the axe head (significantly) are under bent preventing them from lining up with the edges of the spear point. While still functional this prevents you from using the axe edge and spear edge to cut at the same time effectively halving your cutting edge."
