"Bought this as a companion to my KA-BAR full sized Tanto. Same durable build quality. Love the handles. Had a woman over for a steak and handed this to her as a steak knife. She thought it was funny. And then realized, she should buy a few for her home. When she asked me why I got into knives, before she finished the sentence, I blurted out, "Echmeyer Technique!" Which doesn't exist, but that's my standard answer since I saw The Men Who Stare at Goats (2009). It's a damn funny film that gets me every time I see it. And the vignette about Dan Echmeyer is priceless."
