"The reputation & overall recognizability of a Ka-bar is rather self-explanatory yet i made this review to commend the lovely job done on the in-house engraving of a particular dagger I've recently recieved. Lovely work done, the implement alone is as a forged shard of midnight, and the grayish text in Georgia font reads as a lovely book printed on inky & abyssal paper. There's nearly an otherworldly or forbidden-knowledge quality to the overall presentation when contrasted to the equipment of others, and again what a job well done in my case"

"Appears to be of quality steel and edge. Great design. Not a fan of stick tang. I have not had a chance to truly test the knife. I hope it will prove to be a great knife."

"Mine came sharp. The knife has a nice weight to it and the sheath that came with it was the one in the picture, nice but a bit hard to button at first. I love this knife it is the best knife I've owned so far."

Best Knife I Own

"A lot of people complain about the locking mechanism on this knife's sheath. I actually prefer it. That way I can leave the straps undone in situations where I might need it on the fly. This sheath just takes some time to get used to. Everything about this knife speaks QUALITY. It is NOT Stainless Steel, which doesn't hold a good blade. So if you get it wet, I would suggest drying it off ;-). Otherwise, in combat, I want this knife, and ONLY this knife. Sharp, holds the blade really well, perfect weight, and large enough to scare your opponent. I wish Budk carried the smaller version! And I wish Kabar came up with a pocket sized version too!"

"Ok I think this is now my favorite knife in my collection it feels great in your grasp nice hand guard all black good for stealth it is so sharp the serrations are very nice the tanto tip looks very cool and it has very nice contour lines on the blade it's big what a beauty I highly reccommend to collectors and 1st timers and it arrived so fast that's another reason why I like this site"

Great knife! It's sturdy and

"Great knife! It's sturdy and perfectly sized for my hand, and it's got a good weight to it. The only problem is that it shipped to me, pretty much COMPLETELY blunt. I could literally rub it across my hand and have nothing happen...After a bit of sharpening with a stone, it cuts awesomely, though. I bought a Cold Steel Night Recon Tanto for about the same price as this and I'd probably suggest that over this, though. Great knife, though."

"This knife came in excellent condition and it was immediately the sharpest knife in my collection. The handle has exceptional grip and the serration is very useful. It was much larger than I had anticipated, but in my case that was a good thing. The sheath that comes with this knife is sturdy and well functioning. $55.99 is an outstanding deal for this quality blade."
