"Upon opening the shipping carton, I was already impressed. The packaging was first-rate, with full-color graphics and a quality that allows you use it to store the sword if you wish. The sword was in perfect condition, very sharp and has unbelievable detail! A care kit housed in a wooden box is also included. Aside from the Gil Hibben knives I've purchased from BudK, this is the cream of the crop! I highly recommend this piece. Amazing quality for a very reasonable price!"

"I can’t even begin to describe how in love I am with my first Katana. I wanna start off by saying I ordered my katana on the last day of November, and I haven’t even opened it until this morning, so when I pulled out the katana, there have been some old oil residue inside. But after wiping it multiple times after each time I put it in the scabbard and taking it out again, I managed to get most of it out in the first hour. I then proceeded to clean the katana with the cleaning kit it came with, which had I know about that, I wouldn’t have ordered a separate katana cleaning it, but it’s still good to have a backup kit in case. Anyways, the moment I opened it, it came out really REALLY sharp. I did the paper test, and MY GOD, it cut through like butter, my goodness. The design of the katana is amazing, all black scabbard with hints of red in it, I love the color scheme. The habaki was a little dirty, but I could clean it no problem, again I haven’t opened it since I ordered it at the end of November, and just cleaned it just now. But seriously, this katana will be the first of many that I’ll be collecting, like Thanos collecting the infinity stone, or General Grevious with lightsabers. Overall, this katana is my own personal Christmas gift, and best believe I will be treasuring this katana. Maybe I’ll cut with it later, or leave it on display, who knows. Love it!!!!!"
