Nice, but not perfect
"I like the blade but like the title says, it's not perfect. The positives are the runes look very nice and the blade overall is aesthetically pleasing. The pommel design is great and even has a rugged texture to make it look worn. It has a decent edge, testing the grain gives off a satisfying *shink* and it comes to a good point. The scabbard is also sturdy. Those things are pretty good considering what you're paying for it. The negatives, some of these are personal things. But I dislike that the hilt is literally just the tang wrapped in leather. It's quite contrary to the "comfortable" part in the description, although it is slip-free. And maybe I'm just not used to it but the balance of the blade is off to me, since the majority of the weight isn't carried at the blade edge. Feels like I need to force the blade down a little instead of letting the blade follow through on its own. But overall this Seax is a nice addition to my collection and a nice piece on a budget, I'd say go for it."
