One of my Fav items in my collection!
"If you order this KNOWING what material is made of, you’ will not get dissapointed. This is a cold cast steel POLYRESIN prop, which feels and looks like a plastic blade. Still, this item is very beautiful, worthy of Gil-galad’s style. The spear is HUGE when is all together! I’m giving it 4 stars because I do not think it worths the price for what you get, but still, oddly, one of my fav items in my collection."
Gil Galad spear
"Plastic blade and flimsy. Can’t balance the spear on the supplied hanger. Disappointed that, for the weight of this item that if united cutlery could have made it in metal and it would be lighter and easily mounted. BudK is great but this United Cutlery replica seems thrown together and rushed with $$$ over their usual amazing quality. Disappointing on several levels."
Looks great
"Listen, if you go into this one knowing what it is, you won’t be disappointed. The blade isn’t metal, it’s a wall hanger. BUDK is great as always. I will say that it felt a bit “rushed out the door” by UC the screws it comes with don’t fit in the mounting holes! I use my own anyway but really? The balance on the wall mount was also not well thought out. There is a pin that is to hold it in place but with the blade to the left, it doesn’t work. Maybe it works better with the blade to the right but that didn’t appear to be suggested method anyway? Overall, still happy with it."
