"This knife is a beautiful monster.. Sure it's just stainless and not 1095 like a Ka-bar but i'll make it simple.. NOBODY makes I knife that looks like this accept M48.. KA-bar ,Ontario knife and all those high end knife brands dropped the ball and don't make knives that are this cool looking.. Wicked cool design. The saw back was re-designed this year (2015) and is now ULTRA aggressive.. Perhaps the most aggressive saw back I have ever seen. Blade is around 6MM thick or 1/4 inch. Feels very strong. Near razor sharp. Great sheath!!.. Yet another fantastic M48 product.."

"I bough a lots of knives in the past this one is by far the most Well made sturdy, sharp knife I have ever own...took it hog hunting it sure does a number on hogs. Also good on the field for chopping branches and even trees. I would definitely recommend this knife to all the peoples I encounter in life."

"Absolutely amazing. I have purchased 3 Bowie knives from budk and this one is by far the best. No offense to Gil Hibben, but its even better than his more expensive bowie. It feels amazing in the hand and the M.O.L.L.E. sheath is fantastic. Most of the nylon sheaths That come with the knives Fall apart at the seams, but not this one, its got a second pocket and a leg strap for extra security. I've already given this knife quite the beating while recreating the budk demo videos, and there's not a scratch on it. I am confident that I will have this knife for many years to come, thanks budk!"
one bad a.. knife!
"Like no other blade , its heavy and needs a lanyard. came dull as a cpa convention, but with a little work it will sharpen. the serrations i could do without. the sawblade on top works well. 1/2 in. thick blade with a decent titanium coating this is a ghurka type knife that will chop well and could also be used as a spear. Choil is well placed and not sharp. Thumb rise is serrated and comfortable to hold , sheath is ok but plastic insert should have been thicker with a reinforced lip, as is its much to thin to support knife well. As for the knife well its a hacking, chopping, slashing beast of a knife. blade is very thick all the way to the front of the blade,you can hunt any north american game animal with this knife and win. This is the best example of united cutlery to date and if it ever saves my skin ill have BUDK to thank"
