"This is a hefty knife, not heavy, but solid. Great weight. Not super sharp edge, but I'm pretty sure that I could make a big hole in almost anything. Thick blade. Nice feel and it looks amazing. Absolutely worth the price. 👍👍👍"

"The Talon dagger is solid, sharp and looks fantastic. A great daily carry or display piece that will never go out of style!"
"This M48 Talon Dagger is an awesome weapon. I will be gifting this to a family member with an extensive collection of ancient and modern tactical edged weapons."
"M48 Talon Dagger is very awesome knife has a razor sharp blade very nicely made makes a great addition to my collection of knives totally recommend this knife and it price is very good deal"
"Solid knife, good weight, nice handle, blade thick, blade edges should come sharper."
"This has to be the best dullest knife I ever ordered from BUDK. Definitly a piercing dagger. Will sharpen the double edge when I find a stone rugged enough to handle the thickness of the blade. So far I have gotten the Talon Dagger and the CIA Stinger and extremly happy with them both. Still need the Tactical Push Dagger (I call the Widow Maker and the M48 Karambit."
"Got this for Christmas. Totally impressed! This thing is a half inch thick. Heavy, solid, great looking. Love that sheath. Very sexy! Great balance. Does not come very sharp, but that's easy to fix. Super impressed. Enthusiastically recommended!"
"Like all M48 products I've ordered in the past, this one is solid, well made, and has a very good functional sheath. But, this is the dullest knife I have ordered from Budk, or from anywhere for that matter. I couldn't slice a sheet of paper at all. I had trouble pushing the point through a sheet of paper. I even tried it as a letter opener, but to no avail. I haven't yet tried to cut a stick of butter yet, but won't hold my breath, especially on one straight out of the fridge. Even though it is spear inspired, it should have some sort of edge on it, like most spears. I have ceremonial non-functional, non-sharpened knives and bayonets that are sharper. In fact, the edges of the G10 handle are sharper than the blade. I will have to take this to my shop and attempt to put some sort edge on it. I give it 3 stars because, for the $70.00 price, it should come somewhat sharp."
