"It works, as other reviews say, it gets stuck when extended so you have to pound it closed. It rattles a bit. Not super well made. This is a back up for me tho and I just need it to work once if I need it. Don’t care if it will fold back up or not. So I oiled it up and got it ready to go and it’s in my backup bag. For the price it’s good enough , not spending 60-150$ for a better functioning backup baton lol"

"I just got my Baton this after noon and right off the bat I could tell it's a well crafted item, It felt good in the hand, I could feel it had a nice heft to it, and it expanded smoothly. My only complaint and the reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is because it doesn't retract as easily as it extends, I had to strike it on the ground to get it to retract."
