"This launcher has Pretty strong resistant springs to launch the darts from. It will be a relatively close quarters defense weapon to avoid hitting anything or anyone not intended for a target. Will need to perform an outside test to determine its effective range when launching the supplied darts."
"This is my second of these, because I managed to mislay the first one, and I missed it. As in the case of the first one, it is very hard to fire some of the cylinders. I am happy to relay that this eases up with useage. But now I have to break in this one. (smile)"

"My man got me this to keep in my bag for defense while I'm out. The thing is very powerful for its size. My only issue with it is that it is very difficult to reload. Getting the darts to click into place takes a LOT of force. You can't push them in with your hand because of that, and because the tips are very sharp. The only way we were able to load the darts was to load them all most of the way into the launcher, then flip it and push them down into a hard piece of wood on the ground until they clicked in. So basically, if you're using it to defend yourself, make sure you land your shots, cause you won't get more than five. Otherwise, it is very powerful for that reason, and fun to shoot at targets."
