The “wheat penny” was issued between 1909 and 1958, instantly recognizable by its two wheat stalks and the words “One Cent” on the obverse side of the coin. This is a great starter kit for coin collecting with collectible coins from each of the six decades they were minted. Don’t miss out on this great deal!

Reasonable and fun

"Not much to say other than it's a bag of circulated wheat pennies. A little over 150 pennies in the bag for me, one of which was a 1960s "Memorial" cent. But, all of the rest were fun to go through from the early teens to the late 1950s. Some really cool finds in there for novice collectors, jewelry and knick knack makers, etc."

US wheat pennies

"It was pretty fantastic considering the quality and quantity of the coins knowing that these are scarce and hard to come by especially certain dates and mint marks short of a few certain coins I was able to complete my collection thank you ever so much I will be looking forward to purchasing from you again"

Pound of wheat

"I was really pleased by my recent purchase of wheat pennies. There was one Lincoln memorial penny, but it was in the same time frame of the wheat pennies."

Pound of wheat Pennies

"Bought these for my myself. All were good except for a couple that were too damaged to use in a collection. I ordered another bag and just received them."

Great Deal!!!

"I wrote a review a few weeks ago, but I have to add to it! So far I have purchased 5 pounds of wheat pennies, and just ordered 2 more. I can't believe how great this deal is!!! I recently bought a coin album, and a large quantity of flip coin holders and supplies to start labeling each coin, and placing them in the album. Using a digital microscope to see every detail, I have found close to a hundred error coins so far, and I've only begun!!! I am convinced that these coins are truly unsearched, and this adds to the fun of coin collecting!!! After doing much research about the production of these pennies, I have found that in the earlier years, many of the dies were overused which resulted in many die errors, and mint errors! Some dies were transferred from one mint to another, without the mint marks being changed, which resulted in many mint mark errors. I am learning so much about how these errors occur, and it makes the search for them so much more exciting!!! Just a couple of these error pennies have more than paid for what I have invested so far!!! Whether you are a serious coin collector, or just getting started, I strongly recommend that you check out this offer from BUDK!!! I promise that you won't be disappointed!!!"

Wonderful Deal!!!!

"WOW!!! I am extremely happy with my purchase!!! I have been collecting coins since I was a child. At 66 I know a good deal when I see one!!! I have been trying to find good deals online, and they are hard to find, honest ones anyways! I purchased 3 pounds of Wheat pennies from BUDK, and I have only been through the first pound and have found some very good coins!!! You have to wonder about buying from coin companies since they are in it for a profit. They may advertise "unsearched" coins, but believe me, they are searched!!! I have found numerous error coins, and some almost uncirculated pennies that have already paid for the whole lot. If you have access to a digital microscope, you will see more errors than you can imagine!!! I believe that each coin has it's own fingerprint, and no two are exactly the same!!! Even though there are many duplicates, I find this as a good thing!!! So far, I have found 2 1957 D's that have errors on the word Liberty, and the "B" is half filled in by an error of the die. I believe that these coins are Truly unsearched, and I can't wait to see what else I find in the collection!!! Whether you are in it for profit or fun, I strongly recommend that you buy from BUDK!!! Since they mostly sell survival gear and weapons, I believe that they are not interested in profiting from the sale of some old wheat pennies!!!! I have been a customer for over 15 years, and have not been disappointed yet!!! Buy from BUDK, and you will do OK!!! BUDK, all the way!!!! I wish I was getting paid for this review, but I am not!!! I am just being honest about the service, and the products that I have ordered from them through the years!!!! I wish all good luck in your search for that one penny that could make your life more interesting!!! Who Knows!!!!"
